  • Your training plan is tailored to your strength, lifestyle, and goals.

    No group templates, just your body in focus.

  • Strength, cardio, core, and mobility come together in a program designed to support energy, body composition, and long-term results.

  • Sessions take place at Cleo’s private studio in Ladera Heights, or at your home, depending on space and equipment.

  • Each session is 1:1, lasts 55 minutes and is part of a minimum 3-month plan, with at least one session per week for consistency and progress.

  • MOVE is most effective when paired with the RESET method, aligning your training with your nutrition for lasting transformation.

French-born, LA-based, and passionate about nutrition, fitness, and holistic wellness, I'm Cleo Premat, founder of Cleo Studio.

Certified in integrative nutrition (IIN), sports nutrition (UCLA), and personal training (NASM), I’ve created a method that merges French balance with real-life coaching in both nutrition and movement.

After navigating my own wellness journey through pregnancies, weight gain, and the challenges of moving across continents, I now help women build strength, confidence, and sustainable habits through every phase of life.

Because every woman deserves a program that fits her body, her lifestyle, and her rhythm.
